GREECE – Fee Changes
Effective 12 September 2018, new fees ("stamp duty") are applicable to non-EU nationals applying for various categories of residence permit. The following are the key changes:
- For senior managers and family members, stamp duty is now EUR 150 for two years (previously EUR 150 per year);
- For investors and property owners (golden visa), stamp duty is now EUR 2000 for five years (up from EUR 500);
