TURKEY – New Foreign Labour Law Passed
The Turkish Parliament has approved a new law concerning work permits for foreign nationals.
The International Labour Force Law was approved on 28 July 2016 and came into force on 29 July 2016. However, the new law has yet to be officially published, and as yet there is no published implementation timetable, nor details of practical changes to work permit application procedures.
