VIETNAM – Government Fees For Visas and Temp Residence Cards To Increase From January 2013
The Vietnamese Ministry of Finance has issued a circular (No. 190/2012/TT-BTC) that revises government fees for Vietnamese visas and Temporary Residence cards.
The below table shows current and new government fees that will be applicable from 1 January 2013.

Transfer of visas or temporary residence card from expired passports to new passports | $10USD | $15USD |
Temporary Residence Cards (up to 1 year) | $60USD | $80USD |
Temporary Residence Cards (1-2 years) | $80USD | $100USD |
Temporary Residence Cards (2-3 years) | $100USD | $120USD |
